Website creation

Every good business needs to be seen. Having a simple effective website gives you legitimacy and let’s face it, if you are just starting out, word of mouth is great, but only to a point.

A simple website is all you need to get you started. If you are selling a product, we can also build a shop or a catalogue on your website, if this is what you want.

Invoices and Statements

Whether you send out invoices immediately, monthly or weekly, we can manage these for you.

A legitimate invoice, containing your business details, logo and clear pricing is always welcomed by clients. If you are registered for VAT or not, a client will generally pay on invoice only, so your banking details or payment methods should be clearly reflected.

Statements are sent out for regular clients if needed.

Balance your Bank Statement

If you have a small business, your bank statement will need to be balanced monthly, reflecting your sales and purchases. Doing this regularly will give you a clear indication of where you stand financially and will also make your annual tax submission a lot easier.

All purchase slips (sent to us) are gathered, categorised and numbered. We use simple Excel spreadsheets that are easy to read.
Sales are done in the same way with clear summaries that will help you plan your budget.

All these figures are balanced with the invoices created and if you are VAT registered, we will create a summary for regular submission.

We are not bookkeepers, but we are administrators. If your small business is a sole-proprietor, you will have a clear breakdown of what you will need to create your own tax submission.
If you are a Pty Ltd, you are required by law to be audited by a registered accountant, who sometimes will do your tax submission for you too.
The documents that we give to you will make the Accountants job very easy to complete your audit and submission for you.

If you have been in operation for a while and need all your data caught up, we can do this for you too.

IT Support

Most small businesses don’t need a full-time IT person, but every business needs professional support. We provide the expertise of an entire IT team for a fraction of the cost of one full-time hire. We offer remote diagnosis and repair if needed.

We also know our way around the internet, so we can source products for you if you do not have the time.
